Refund policy

All sales are final. The Routines Runbook is a digital product delivered in full, instantly, by download at the moment of purchase. Because the files cannot be returned once delivered, no refunds, exchanges or credits are given for change of mind, for purchases made by mistake, or because the product was not what you hoped for. By completing your purchase you acknowledge this; the acknowledgement is recorded at checkout.

Before you buy

Everything the Runbook contains is described on this site, and the free starter lets you try five complete routines, the guardrail checklist and the templates at no cost. If you are unsure whether the Runbook suits you, take the starter first.

No support is included

The Runbook is a self-serve product. It ships with a 40-page guide, a setup guide, a troubleshooting table and six worked sample runs. No individual support, consulting or troubleshooting is provided with the purchase. Product updates, when released, are delivered by email to buyers.

Faulty or missing files

If a download link fails or a file is corrupted, reply to your order email within 7 days with your order number and we will replace the file. Where a fault cannot be corrected, the purchase is refunded. This is the only circumstance in which a refund is issued.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the guarantees that digital products are of acceptable quality and match their description. The final-sale position above applies wherever those guarantees are not engaged.

Chargebacks

Download and access records are kept for every order and are supplied to Square or PayPal in the event of a dispute.
