The Routines Runbook is a self-serve digital product. No individual support is provided with the purchase; the 40-page guide, setup guide, troubleshooting table and sample runs included in the download are the documentation.

The only enquiries we respond to are faulty or missing download files (reply to your order email within 7 days, quoting your order number) and licensing questions. Product updates are announced by email to buyers and subscribers; there is nothing to request.
