Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases of The Routines Runbook (the “Product”) from runbook.scosovan.com (the “Site”), operated from Australia. By purchasing you agree to these terms.

What you are buying

A digital download: a ZIP archive and a PDF guide containing routine specifications, prompt files, templates, sample runs and documentation for use with Claude Cowork scheduled tasks and Claude Code Routines. No physical goods are shipped. Delivery is by download link sent to the email address you provide at checkout.

Licence

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and adapt the Product for your own personal or internal business use, including within your own team. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publicly share the Product files or substantial portions of them. The sample data in the Product is fictional.

Price and payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed by Square or PayPal; we do not store your card details. The launch price is time-limited and may change without notice.

Refunds

All sales are final. The Product is a digital download supplied in full immediately on purchase, and no refunds are given for change of mind. Replacement of faulty or missing files, and any refund required by law where a fault cannot be corrected, are set out in the Refund policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

What the Product is not

The Product describes what routines do. It does not promise any revenue, growth or savings. It does not send, post, delete or pay on your behalf; it prepares work for you to review. Finance-related routines prepare and sort information and are not tax, legal or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing anything a routine produces before acting on it and for the accounts and connectors you choose to attach.

Updates and support

Updates to version 1.x of the Product, when released, are announced by email to buyers and made available through a link in that email. No individual support, consulting or troubleshooting is included with the purchase; the Product is self-serve and ships with its own documentation.

Trademarks

Claude and Anthropic are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC, used descriptively. The Product is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the Product is limited to the price you paid. This does not limit any guarantee or right under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
